Return/Exchange Policy

You are eligible for full reimbursement or exchange within 30 calendar days of your purchase if:

  1. You are not satisfied with the product
  2. The product arrives damaged or in an unreasonable condition
  3. The incorrect product was shipped
  4. Other - Subject to discussions with the company*

*We, unfortunately, do not accept returns on sale items

Return Instructions

  • We ask you to contact info@earthangelshop.com if you are looking to proceed with a return/exchange
  • Your original proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges 
  • Earth Angel will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping pending an exchange or return takes place
  • After Earth Angel receives your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund/exchange
  • No additional charges apply for returns/exchanges
  • In the case of a refund: The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement

In-store purchase

Earth Angel supplies products to hundreds of stores across North America. All in-store purchases must be taken to the store where your item was purchased, proof of purchase is required. If you have any difficulty at the store level please contact info@earthangelshop.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Product Warranty

Jewelry

After the 30-day return/exchange period - Earth Angel provides a one-year warranty on all jewelry products purchased online. 

If your jewelry is:

  • Tarnished
  • Damaged
  • Missing a stone/charm
  • Other - Subject to discussions with the company*

Candles and Mugs

A one-year warranty unfortunately does not exist on our candle and mug products. Please see Return/Exchange Policy if you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days of purchase.
